The Moultrie D55IRXT is a redesign of one of Moultrie's best-selling infrared cameras with the serious hunter in mind. They added new features while reducing its size for easier handling and better concealment. This camera offers high quality photos (color during the day and infrared at night), up to 5.0 megapixels, depending on which of the three settings you choose. Video can be taken day or night, with an impressive 50ft night time range, and the FastFire continuous shooting mode allows you to capture up to 3 photos per second. Three picture & two video resolutions allow you to modify the quality of your pictures for your specific purposes. The D55IRXT enables hunters that would like to see wildlife activity over longer periods of time to set a picture delay for 15 or 30 seconds, and anywhere from 1-60 minutes, so you know the exact time of day to plan your hunt. This Moultrie Game Camera has it all, and even includes an SD Memory Card Slot (compatible with up to 32GB cards) that allows you to expand the amount of media you can capture (not included)!

I bought two of these for the purpose of capturing an image of a thief........
We had a house break-in and when the thief repeated their illegal entry we caught their pictures for the police.
The infrared worked perfectly with no indication that pictures were being taken and the day light pictures were clear and sharp.
The cameras worked so well that we bought 2 more to be able to place them at new house made in this current market.

This product was just as advertised. Excellent quality product and it was shipped and arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. For the price and quality this is the best camera in my option if you are looking to purchase a few. I have 4 moultrie cameras now, one older then this model and one a little more expensive. Great quality manufacture, would recommend.
