I usually like to wait a little longer before submitting a review but when I bought mine, there were no other reviews. Hopefully this will help someone else.
For the most part I am extremely pleased. The unit has a very large and clear color screen and is fairly easy to operate. It has 2 SD card slots (no cards included) and will accept up to 16 GB cards in each slot. The one that is in the battery compartment is the secondary but automatically becomes primary if there is no card in the other slot. In normal use, you would put a card from an external camera in the primary slot, do your viewing and selection, then copy any that you want into the secondary. You can then erase whatever you want from the primary card and return it to use in your external camera.
A little quirk I found is that 8GB cards display on this unit's menu as 4GB. A computer shows them correctly as 8GB.
I contacted the manufacturer and they were not aware of this. It may be an issue with my cards. By the way, you can also use micro-sd cards with the SD adapter. There is no speaker but there is a headphone jack and the sound is good. Battery life may be an issue even with AA alkalines. The alternative is to use Lithium batteries but those are $2 each as opposed to 25 cents or so for the alkalines. I plan to carry spares but with heavy usage I would use the lithiums.
One last thing, the unit plays videos, still pictures and sound files. It would be even better if it had a fast forward for the videos but there is none.

for the price a great still photo viewer...love the zoom and pan capability. Needed a decent video viewer to use in the field instead of digital camera or laptop...so the advertisement of viewing game camera video sold me. Found that unit will not accept video from Bushnell game cameras and Moultrie customer support "technicians" could not tell me what video formats it would accept. Won't purchase another one.

I have bushnell cameras,this worked verywell at first.But after 3 weeks it started to corupt itself.Moultrie told me to buy their cameras.so don't buy one if you other brand cameras.
